PROGRAM STRUCTURE

When you enroll in my 1:1 program, you have the option receive weekly or biweekly calls. Each option includes:

75- minute initial session

  • we take a deep dive into your history with dieting and current eating struggles. By the end of the session you will have a specific action plan to jumpstart your food freedom journey! 

45-minute follow-up sessions

  • We celebrate your wins, problem solve challenges, and set new actions items to keep you moving forward toward binge freedom. I offer tools, handouts, and other resources to help you meet your specific goals.

Consistent accountability and support

  • Stay in touch between sessions through the Better app. Send me your questions through the chat feature, write in the Food & Mood Journal, and know that I am here for guidance every step of the way!

Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here.

 

As a registered dietitian with an advanced degree in nutrition science, I can assure you that the emotional rollercoaster of binge eating, food guilt, and body shame has nothing to do with a lack of willpower.

 

Using my proven framework, I’ve helped women from around the world break free from binge eating and find peace with food and their bodies. If you’re looking to pursue health without the obsession, you’re in the right place! 

When I’m not helping women find food freedom, I enjoy being outside and snuggling with my pup, Augie!

What is Intuitive Eating?


Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based approach to nutrition and wellness. The framework was developed by 2 registered dietitians, Evelyn Tribole MS, RDN, CEDRD and Elyse Resch MS, RDN, CEDRD and is designed to support your physical and mental health.




Does Intuitive eating actually work?


Studies show that an anti-diet, intuitive eating approach is associated with numerous health benefits including improved blood cholesterol, improved body image, reduced binge eating, reduced yo-yo weight cycling, and reduced anxiety and stress. This approach focuses on healthy behavior change rather than the number on the scale.




How long is the coaching program?


You get to decide! Everyone's journey looks different and I don't want you to feel pressured by an end date. All I ask is for 30 days notice when you are ready to graduate. On average, clients work with me between 7 and 9 months.




Can I start out with weekly sessions and then switch to biweekly after a few months?


Absolutely! You can switch based on how much 1:1 support you want.




How do I reschedule an appointment?


Please give me at least 24 hours notice when you need to change your appointment. Message me through the Better app and we'll get you set up for another time!




Do you hold spots in your program?


No I do not. Spots are filled on a first come first served basis.
